The Angeleno also did not taste the same as usual as I have had it many times before and it did also have some dark chunks at the bottom which it has never had that before. "As much as I love Starbucks, the delivery of their drinks seems to be lacking innovation. I received my hot drinks with no sleeves and a small round sticker covering the drinking slot. The sticker did not stop the liquid from spilling. Granted it would have spilled much more without the sticker so I appalled the effort. The decor (Sherman Oaks) went from warm french country cozy to white and drab inside and out. Our main complaint is the Chicken Piccata which we ordered 4 dinners a few weeks ago and it was almost inedible. So tart from too much lemon and the chicken was dry, the pasta portion was half what it used to be. The included salad was also so vinegary and sharp, no one ate it .
