The pickled red onions were especially yummy, with sort of a soft texture but not too strong of a vinegar taste that it overpowered the other flavors . The hollandaise sauce is creamy and thin. The Side Gorgonzola Fries are waffle fries with a thin, creamy gorgonzola sauce. Sometimes I don't like gorgonzola if it's too pungent, but this sauce is good! "If you're ordering wraps be warned! there is a person who is really good at making them, and someone who is not good at making them. so it's basically a game of chance on whether you're going to get a delicious perfectly made wrap or a wrap that is very loosely made and drenched in sauce to the point that as soon as you try to pick it up, it falls apart and sticks to the paper wrapping. There was a damp spot in the bag it came in.
Other than that when it's well made the wraps can be addictingly really good. I usually order the teriyaki wrap. It's frustrating because there pretty expensive to order and the bad wraps are slimy in texture."
