"I ordered a large, very expensive pizza, multiple toppings. i can get passed the fact that they used dollar store cheese and pepperoni.. but I ordered a large Customized Pizza . i get a call that I couldn't understand that suddenly I get a medium pizza and a small pizza.. the guy on the phone seemed to think that instead of just making what I asked for, that he would alter the order. i accidently ordered from here thinking it was rivers edge..who makes amazing food. i really dont want the owner calling me to tell me they altered my order and sent it out anyways.. if I half detailed a customers car and said it was good enough.. i would loose money. if it was late because they needed to remake the food... I would have been ok with the right order. I even waited a few days to post a review to make sure i felt the same. do not recommend their pizza. its not what it used to be."

"The Eagle Ridge Steak Bomb was an absolute disapointment. Whomever cooked it didn't even bother breaking the sliced steak up. It was dumped on a grill and left until the outside was dark brown and hard, cheese slices placed on it and the whole block of steak and unmelted cheese promptly placed in raw bread. I cannot believe I paid $15 for it. I hadn't ordered for many months as my last order was also carelessly prepared and unable to be eaten. This used to be a great place. All food from the daytime is typically well prepared and good. The night staff however leave much of to be desired.
