So by the time it gets to you, the Quesadilla has melted it and it's a mess but only the pieces on top can get toppings. "My usual spots weren't available Saturday evening and I saw that Guanajuato Market popped up and decided to give them a try. Wow! The Carne Asada Super Burrito was big and had a good amount of seasoned tender meat. The rice and beans in the burrito were well seasoned as well. I asked for jalapenos and carrots and they were inside the burrito. So Good!
The other Super Burrito was Carnitas. Once again very flavorful beans and rice with large chunks of really good Carnitas.
