I've loved Sy Thai for yearsss. The food is and always has been absolutely delicious. It's one of my go to places to order from.
That said, I'm done going through doordash bc over the past couple of years the restaurant has consistently screwed up orders (ie chicken when I order veggie etc), failed to include items, etc.. I'd say 50% of my orders have been wrong in some way - it's disappointing esp when you pay $16 for a dish that is incorrect and only get like $4.58 back (which I understand is a doordash issue, not a sy thai issue; still frustrating).
Like I said - the food is good. So good! I don't want to stop ordering from Sy Thai, but going forward it will only be if I or someone else can pick it up to make sure everything is included and correct. "

The calamari however was really disappointing. The store menu on their site says that the calamari is sauteed but this was fried. Not only was it fried, but it was so bland and tasteless. I asked for no Jalapeno but I've never had calamari that just had no taste before. Also, the fortune cookies tasted funny; just not good at all. Eat them same day! It's hard to find a sweet large dinner roll like this! Some of the sauces leaked out of the packaging.
I was pretty sure the fried roll with the meal was pork only (I purposely clicked the description or I would have opted out) but turns out it had shrimp in it! Thankfully I don't have an allergy but I recommend cutting into your roll first and confirming there isn't any shrimp if you have a seafood allergy.
