"The bun is great—soft, fresh, and holds up. I enjoyed the spicy kick of the Blackened Cajun chicken, but the breast was sliced too thin; add a second if you’re hungry. I piled on fresh pickles, avocado, cheddar, and bacon, though the bacon arrived limp and chewy instead of crunchy. Solid sandwich with minor QC issues.
The loaded fries were a disappointment. Packaging was a mess and I won’t order them again. The fries came chopped into rice-like bits that lost all potato texture, and the cheese sauce coagulated unappetizingly even though it arrived on the side. Not worth the price."
