We had changes in our special instructions and my son wanted an iced tea but since I did not see it on the order page, I placed the order and called the shop. They confirmed the special instructions and stated normally OJ or coffee comes with sandwiches. That's fine and completely reasonable. However when the order arrived, to our surprise they gave us the iced tea my son wanted!!! Amazing! We will continue to order from them.
