"I ordered the Lamb Biryani and it was perfection. Flavorful, spiced well, generous portions of lamb layering the bottom of the tray, and enough for three-four meals (for one person). If you've eaten in, you know this place is a hole in the wall attached to a small grocery store. It reminds me of the places in Korea that are open for long hours and cater to cab drivers and folks working night shifts by offering wholesome meals for cheap and without any frills. "This is my go-to place for my favorites: Lamb Sahi Korma and Rasmalai - other places sometimes add tomato to their korma sauce but Cumin - Their korma is rich, creamy bright yellow and has just a subtle tinge of heat.
Their Rasmalai are perfect: firm, but moist throughout and not grainy at all.
The Bhatura are great too - a lot of places 'fry' their naan or poori in a skillet or on a griddle, which usually just results in the bread being gross and oily instead of crispy - Cumin flash fries their bread properly so it forms these awesome big crispy bubbles.
