Oop, I mean 'seasonal vegetables'. Didn't know you could mess up Baja Fish Tacos but I learned something today. Apparently a few little pieces of unripe tomato and a sprig of cilantro are considered 'pico de gallo' now. Tacos were almost inedible without adding my own condiments. Half the salad was in the tacos because they put it all in one box. Although it was only one handful of spring mix so I guess things could have been worse. Never. Again.
