"This was my first order from HiroNori, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Whenever I order tonkotsu ramen, I have two concerns: that the broth won’t be rich and creamy enough, or that it’ll compensate by being overly salty. This was neither. The broth was exactly what great tonkotsu should be: deeply rich, full-bodied, and flavorful without being oversalted. The seasoning was balanced perfectly, and it honestly held up to the standards I have from eating ramen elsewhere.
The food also arrived at the proper temperature, which is no small feat for ramen delivery.
The chashu was tender, the noodles held up well, and the marinated eggs were cooked exactly as they should be, with beautifully jammy yolks.
For dessert, I ordered the yuzu cheesecake. It was smaller than I expected, but after the first bite I realized that was probably for the best. It was bright, creamy, and just the right amount of citrus. If they’d sent me one the size of a tire, I probably would have eaten the entire thing without hesitation.
I’ll definitely be ordering from HiroNori again. It’s rare for delivered ramen to impress me this much, but this one absolutely did.

This time I received a side order to go box with cold rice and a small bowl with the wrong quantity of items and didn't include all my extra $ Paid for toppings. I called the store and they said they don't put fish, veggies, toppings gs and sauce on top of the rice. That's what a Poke Bowl is. I order at least twice a week from them and never have my items been reduced in sized and packaged seperate. Very unprofessional at the store when I called. Won't order here anymore. "This is THE BEST poke bowl place, especially in Cali!! My bowl was SO filling after the first few bites I was already full, and I STILL had so much left over! Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The marinated salmon was AMAZING, and the tuna was so fresh and perfectly seasoned. None of the fish tasted “fishy” or like it had been sitting out. It genuinely tasted like they just caught the fish and put it straight into my bowl! You can seriously taste the quality in every bite. The flavors all went together perfectly, and the portions were AMAZING for the price. I’ve had poke from plenty of places, but this one honestly stands out. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared you can tell they actually care about what they’re serving.
All in all, if you’re craving poke, It is 100% WORTH the money. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

"As a customer whos been going for 3 years it pains me to say this but jimmys isn't good anymore. I used to really love Jimmy's but ever since it's gone under new ownership the bowls have never been good. I keep trying to give it chances but every single time I order a bowl it leaves me disappointed. I ordered the Large Bowl and the scoops to base ratio are atrocious it used to be an even ammount of protien to greens, but now they fill the base all the way to the top and barely put any meat; I usually get mixed greens base and as of recent the greens always taste like dirt and like they don't wash it before serving, it really ruins the whole taste to everything. The fish has been tasting really fishy and I understand that it's fish but it tastes like it's old and has been sitting out forever. I've just been very disappointed in Jimmy's poke as of recent because it used to be so good and especially for $23 it's really best if you just save your money and go somewhere else."
