The rice is soft and thicker, it blends perfectly with the chicken and it's not chewy. I could eat this without chewing if I really wanted. I added jalapeƱos, cheese, and sour cream. The jalepeƱos add a nice flavor and the sour cream makes it even creamier. I will be ordering again and again. Also not sure if it's supposed to be included but I got a piece of french bread!
