That was the dashers fault and not the restaurants fault. We got 2 ketchup packets and the au jus which was extra (also cold but the drivers fault). Driver picked up an extra delivery on the way so ours was cold. I tipped $5.00 on a $18 order so I think that wasn't too cool. The restaurant is 2 miles from my house it took 30 minutes because he did other deliveries. We would still order again, convenience is what you pay for right?"
