The beef itself is fatty, but has okay flavor. Wouldn't recommend this place with other chinese places in town. "

"So far I'm enjoying it. I'm a big fan of the Cheese Fries, the cajun corn on the cob pieces are also really good. The boneless wings have nice thick breading, the bone-in wings are a good large size comparable with Buffalo Wild Wings and the chicken strips are large compared to KFC. I really enjoy the brownie, which has always been nice and soft and tastes fresh. But the blue cheese dressing that I got, while there was a LOT of it, just tasted like ranch. "

"Excellent flavor and portions. The Teriyaki chicken was exceptional and must have been around 4 thighs. The Bangkok Street Noodles were delicious with genuine crispy tofu (unlike other restaurants that serve congealed whale snot in place of "crispy" tofu. The Cheesy Wontons actually tasted of crab and were fried to perfection as were the Chicken Potstickers.
I honestly cant believe we havent eaten here before, but im glad that we did and look forward to trying more of the menu.

I bought Soup Dumplings which are quite different from the wontons but there was plenty of broth so I added them in. The Spring Rolls were tasty with a good crunch. The Braised Duck Noodle Soup was a first for me. Delicious but a definite eating hazard bc they dont debone it and the bones are splintered and sharp. I almost swallowed a bone in the broth. If you dont mind eating very carefully, I can recommend it. A thumbs up on all four dishes! Also, the portions are very generous; I could only eat about a third of everything."

"My husband and I recently moved to Corvallis. We tried a different Chinese restaurant very close to our house a couple times and it was good the first time then the second time we went it was terrible. Every piece of battered chicken was just flour fritters. No chicken at all and it looked like they did change their oil in a long time. Sad. We decided to try China Delight and we were not disappointed at all! We door dashed our food and it came fast and hot! The portions were perfect for 2 and it tasted fresh there was actually chicken in our battered chicken! We will definitely be ordering from them again!"

My eggs had no seasoning and my yolk was no longer in the eggs. My hash browns were screaming for some seasoning. My hash browns were definitely not crispy. The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. Unfortunately this has happened the last time I ordered as well but confused as I have dined in and had no issues with the meal.... well that's a waste of my money. Since then, I have ordered the same menu several times (probably close to 20? including in-person orders) and I've noticed the chicken chunk size is getting smaller every time I order. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt that either the cook changed or some issue with food prep that day, but it's been months. I understand that the ingredients prices are going up. Seems the same amount of the bowl portion, but there are more fried batter than the meat. I strongly hope the restaurant changes back to how they did before."
