"This place was interesting. The Small Hummus (1 Pita) was the first most noticeable thing. The texture of the hummus was a watery texture. I have never seen hummus like that before with that being said the hummus had great flavor. The 2 oz. of Tzatziki Sauce also had an interesting texture, and definitely pills in comparison to the chefs sauce in flavor. The chef 4 oz. of Chef Sauce had more of the consistency that I would expect from hummus also not lacking in flavor the Gyro Sandwich Wrap was good, I do wish there was less lettuce, or it was chopped more finely and that the tomato was chopped instead of having one huge slice of tomato which kept falling out of the sandwich.
