"The ribs were cooked perfectly but it was zero flavor to them. The brisket had really good flavor but was not tender at all. I even got fatty brisket. I expected more out of a placed named Texas bbq. The sauce is really good. It saved the ribs. But I couldn't chew through the brisket. The potato salad was ok. The peach cobbler was really good. It was made like an apple crumble pie. Which I love. Maybe I caught them on an off day but I probably won't order again."
