"Despite forgetting my side of rice with my Tonkatsu-D-Box (dinner bento), everything else was great. Indeed, this was probably the best food I've ever eaten from Mankeki Sushi. The Tonkatsu-D-Box didn't use a standard "to go" box, but rather did use a Japanese-styled plastic plate, containing the various compartments for the various foods (ergo the term "bento").
What DoorDash doesn't state about this dish is that in addition to the TWO pork cutlets, rice, soup, and a California roll (I got something else, but it was still amazingly good), you also get vegetable tempura and a tempura gyoza piece, which were quite good.
The Shrimp Tempura were done quite well. I really enjoyed the Lobster Roll , which had tempura lobster in it. Good stuff. Finally, the Chicken Tori Bowl is quite good as well. I wish this restaurant had traditional donburi bowls (katsudon, oyakodon, gyudon, etc.), but oh well. The Chicken Tori Bowl-D was quite good and a lot of food."

Not well seasoned and frankly, very disappointing for portion sizes considering the expense. food wasn't even hot. "Cheesesteak was good. I was curious as the photo showed cheddar cheese on it. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was actually made with Swiss cheese. However a lot of the cheese ended up stuck to the wax paper wrapper. I lost most of the cheese when I unwrapped the sandwich. Overall it was a nice meal. I would have ordered a small side of fries to go with it, but I was completely put off by the $8 price point. The sandwich however wasn't too over priced. "

"This is kinda crazy... I thought with so many positive ratings this place would be good. Not only is the food plain and unexciting, but... it's gross. One of the pastas (not sure which one, because they look nothing like the photos) is sickly sweet as if it was cooked with sugar. The breadsticks (like $7 or something) came with only 2 and also tasted like a donut. The menu states grilled shrimp but I was messaged saying grilled wasn't available, so I chose fried in its place. Fried shrimp for shrimp scampi is...an anomaly... and on TOP of it all, the meal came about an hour later than it was supposed to, and it wasn't due to the delivery driver. Wouldn't order again unless I was very drunk or dying of starvation and had an hour to spare for something I didn't want."

"Decided to try the 2 Meat Plate with sliced brisket and chicken. For sides, I got fries and mac-and-cheese. Very tasty and just what I needed. Plus, the Texas toast was done to perfection, both in toasting and in the amount of butter on the toast. So hat's off there.
I also ordered a pound of Brisket for future meals I make myself.
That aside, I am pleasantly surprised at how good everything was as based on current ratings as I write this review, I was braced for issues."

"This is my second time getting this. The 6X6 SMASH BURGER seemed to have less beef this time than the previous time. Last time, the smash patties were hanging out on every side. This time, there was almost no hangover. But it was still good.
The FRIES are the standard Ruby Tuesday fries, so take that for what its worth.
The CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE was a MASSIVE disappointment. In addition to being smaller than I expected, it was over baked to the point of getting burnt. "
"Mukbang Burger is run out of Ruby Tuesday. As such, the FRIES used seemed to be Ruby Tuesday fries, but that wasn't a bad thing. They were done well even if they aren't my favorite French fry.
As to the 6X6 BACON SMASH BURGER , they are break apart sliders where the meat to bun ratio is very good. The smash patties are the traditional sized ones. So they take six of the King's Hawaiian® rolls, then roll out six patties across that base. That means there's lots of burger, which I appreciated. I was kinda expecting the meat to be like White Castle or Krystal, and that's not even remotely the case!
I may go again. 6 of these sliders is a lot of food and I'm not sure how well these would microwave up. But I might try that in future.
