"I just had the best chicken piccata of my 69-year-old life from Chicas Locas and this is my benchmark dish I order to assess how good anyone is. This was better than our homemade which is succulent. Ordered it to my hotel room Wed. night along with about six other dishes, then drove it to Galveston the next day and now just ate it for lunch -- it was outstanding, big tender artichoke hearts, generous melt in your mouth cutlets with garlicky pasta and lots of capers and peppers.
