I also requested extra sauce and didn't get it even though it shows on the receipt. The quarter pounder was also cold and no longer juicy. A few days ago I asked for the $5.00 meal. It doesn't show on their menu but highly advertised on TV. Again fake advertising. The server didn't know how to add it to my order, when I got it the fries were missing as well as the extra sauce I ordered. Both experience and food quality were poor.
