"I had high hopes for the Luchi’s Chilaquiles but they were not great. My mistake was getting it delivered via DoorDash. It’s a 10 minute drive. They arrived soggy in a cardboard like container; a suggestion I have is plastic packaging so it doesn’t absorb the salsa. They also had a tiny amount of queso fresco; barely had any cheese on it so It was basically soggy tortillas and soft avocado slices that were not fresh. I tried them “divorciados” to get a feel for the red & green salsa; the green salsa taste better in my opinion. The egg tasted fake and lacked salt & pepper seasoning. This was one of those dishes I simply couldn’t finish because it was not satisfying. Luchi’s Chilaquiles have potential for delivery but perhaps a few changes such as plastic packaging and offering a “deconstructed” option where the salsa is packaged on the side and the tortilla chips arrive crispy.
