Anything that was cooked with butter or oil tasted like it was old oil, and that same flavor permeated the entire meal, including the cornbread muffins. They had no sweetness, only oil fried oil flavor. The Slow-Braised Pot Roast came in 4 unseparated cold meat clumps with barely any veg, and the Crispy Tender Dippers would have been great if not for that same old oil taste. Also, the pintos were undercooked and hard and the mashed potatoes looked translucent and tasted as if they were mixed with water and not milk.
