"I don't know what is wrong with this store but they refuse to get orders right for some reason. Even if you pick up in person. It's always little things too. We order burgers without ketchup, they won't put the ketchup on but they also don't put lettuce and tomato on. They are the worst about drinks though, I order a cherry coke with out ice and ask for it to be made dirty. I have ordered it this way several times and I have yet to receive it that way.
