"I'm always very happy with the food I have delivered from here. The dishes are always prepared well and are plentiful portions. Today I ordered Egg Drop soup which is much heartier than typical Americanized Chinese food (it has a sweet corn broth thats really special. Then the Combo Fried Rice with extra broccoli and grilled chicken. I added mushrooms and chili oil. Two of us ate on it and still had leftovers. I ordered Jasmine Tea and asked it to be iced and not only did they honor my request, they served it in a 32oz cup.
Fatima, the delivery person, was super conscientious and friendly. I couldnt have asked for better service. "

"The food had good flavor, but when I got my Pad Thai, it had only 4 pieces of chicken and 3 total shrimp which I paid extra for. The egg rolls were pretty greasy, so didn't enjoy them as much as I thought I would. I'm almost positive they're yummy, but the grease had settled and caused the rolls to be soggy. All I could taste was what they were fried in at that point. Also, they didn't give any plasticware or napkins, so had to locate those items before beginning to try and eat."

The bbq sauce was amazing too, complimenting all the meats really well. He makes everything in house from the sides to the sauce and you can definitely tell. Speaking of the sides I was shocked at how good they were!! Easily the best mac and cheese I've had so far, it was so thick and cheesy. And the potato salad is exactly how I like it. Everything was just right, not too much or too little of anything. You can tell he uses quality meats and ingredients too, this was the first bbq places I've gone to that I don't feel weighed down and tired after getting full. I would highly recommend this place, a hidden gem in Elgin. Will definitely be back!!"

The Chile con Queso / Chili with Cheese was good if salty but that is typical for this time of processed cheese dip.
The Alambres / Steak with Peppers was well made with just the right amount of seasonings and charr on the grilled meats, onions and peppers. Topped with real melted cheese. Comes with 3 tortillas but for me that's not enough as I get at least two or three meals from this. Its a generous portion of meats that compares to some other places fajitas for 2 at the price they charge for 1... or even less.
The Churros de Cajeta / Goat Milk Caramel Churros are my favorite though. perfect crisp yet chewy yet delicate."

There was so much food, we probably could have ordered less. The sauces were great too, especially the Verde. The House Rice and Refried Beans were just okay. They were a little bland for my taste. I probably wouldn't order those again. The Burrito was great and my son devoured it. Plenty of food for the price and super tasty. Chili Con Queso - large was only 2/3rd full. One small paper bag of chips wasn't enough.
The Combo Fajitas for 2 wasn't very much meat portion for 2 people and it was very bland in taste. There was scant guacamole that didn't taste fresh. there was no cheese or sour cream. For $36 I expect better.
The Mole Enchiladas were ok. Chicken was good but the mole sauce wasn't very flavorful and I make an excellent mole so I know what it should be like. It was also oddly chalky.
The Shrimp Fried Jalapenos were not fried well, bit undercooked on outside and no sauce came with it this time.
I ordered Tortillas extra dozen and didn't receive them.
The Churros with Ice Cream was good and the ice cream tasted fresh and good texture. I was happy with this at least.
I am not sure if we will order again. I loved it the first time but this time was nothing but regrets."
