I also tried the chicken liver, chicken knee cartilage and chicken tail for the first time ever. Everything was great except for the chicken liver! It was amazingly horrendous, although I'm sure it falls down to personal preference over quality. And then the knee was a bit difficult to eat due to small bones, but the taste and overall texture were A+. Anyway, binchoyaki is consistently great and is worth a splurge every now and then!"
