Mostly sweet and a little salty. But, not much character to them. Other than being made by hand, not really worth $11 for 7 of them. I've actually had more flavorful frozen ones. They may not have been freshly made, but I've had better. Nothing stood out. A little seasoning or veggies with the pork would have helped. And be warned, you have to eat them carefully. They are packed with juice. I didn't know, and the first one burst all over my clothes. Got one packet of soy sauce, no hot mustard, no fortune cookie. No happiness.
