Vietnamese, pho and Thai food overall in FTL has been super disappointing, often overdone with fish sauce, extreme grease, or an Americanized sauce that just doesn’t match the natural flavors you expect from this style. This place did not disappoint!!! It was so good I had to call and tell them how great it is. The Chicken pho was exactly what I’ve been looking for, for years down here. Accurate sides: bean sprouts, Thai basil, crunchy red pepper sauce, the works. Chicken was quality, they separate soup, so it wasn’t all soggy.
The chicken drunken noodles were beyond impressive. Other places tend to douse in fish sauce and it overpowers all the other flavors you’re hoping for. Potsticker and potsticker sauce also incredible. The Thai donuts and condensed milk dipping sauce was also an extraordinary ending. All ingredients in everything is authentic towards the dish and fresh. Pricing is reasonable most places in overprice and lower portion size, not the case here at all!
I swear I am under no sort of impairment to place such a positive review, just utterly surprised and delighted by what was door dashed to me. Nothing lost quality in transport either.

"I wish there was in between for disliked and like on here. Like an "ok" because I loved the zucchini lasagna and enjoyed the lentil soup. But the almond overnight oats were okay however the harvest and chickpea salad I did not like. The flavor profiles were just clashing and made it unpleasant so I couldn't finish it. There's too many cranberries in it which kinda makes it's too sweet so I made the effort to separate cause I liked the chickpeas to some degree but that cranberry w/ onion is so infused into it I had to throw the rest out. The Harvest salad unfortunately made me nauseous the smell alone as well. Again w/ the cranberries and overpowering flavors that I personally don't think go well together nor good on my stomach. I personally couldn't eat it and I only took a bite out of the squash and bite out of the apple in it. Over $100 spent and some of the food I couldn't take. "
