"I had made an order totaling $160; I went in when the app said the order was ready and the staff ignored me yet assisted the woman who came in behind me, when I questioned the elder women (about 60 years old) about my order she responded with hostility and attitude and told me my order wasnt ready and I was going to have to come back, when I returned not 20 minutes later another associate assisted me and stated that my order had been ready for a long time.
