The carnitas was worse than bland; it was stale, dry, and stiff in texture. It definitely was not fresh. The other ingredients were old and yuky. We also ordered a burrito bowl. The whole thing looked sloppy and drenched in too much sour cream. The presentation lacked any positive appeal, and just looked recycled. All of the food lacked flavor. Highly suggest going to other Chipotles. This one is a waste of money."

The bowl was full, but with yuky food, size really doesn't matter. Why can't someone mentor the staff better? Half of it was inedible — one piece was a guisado rib, two were some kind of BBQ ribs, one piece was like a strip of leather, and the whole bottom was overcooked pellets. The yuca frita was really poorly prepared also. Pieces of all different sizes from massive chunks to slivers. Mostly undercooked also. Never will order from here again, with all the other pupuserias around."

"I just want to update the negative review I left yesterday upon opening the package for hungry kids who literally barely had enough and we're already complaining...
The other dishes that I pulled later had a normal amount in the boxes so I can only assume the 2 were a fluke. Sadly kids are an unforgiving crowd.

I got bonbites to try everything first because I know the portions are pretty big so I just got a box of bonbites, they looked and tastes raw before AND after I heated them up (I wanted to know if there'd be a difference). I also only got 3/4 of the box, I assume they ran out or something and gave me the rest of them in minibons, which I'm not complaining but the minibons were 5x better and tasted exactly how I hoped they would. So now I have a ton of bonbites that are just sad and nasty to eat. Genuinely the only reason I like them is because of the minibons. Unfortunately, I wouldn't order the bonbites ever again also felt as if it was a complete waste of my money."
