"The 12' pepperoni pizza was slightly overcooked which made the crust somewhat hard. Everything else was terrific! There was an abundance of pepperonis and just the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Speaking of the sauce, it has an amazing taste without overpowering the rest of the ingredients of the pizza. I've ordered this Hunts Brother's 12" Pizza many times late at night and this is the first time I've ever had a problem of any kind, and it was just a tiny problem. "Spaghetti noodles werent cooled after cooking so they were very soggy after the reheat. The meat in the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce was chunky like the sausage on pizza. Im mad I spent 7$ on 5 ranches and the cups were very small. The half gallon of tea tastes like the urn hasn't been cleaned in days. The salad and homemade Extra Ranch was delicious as usual tho. Not giving up on the experience tho, l will try this restaurant again, but not the tea for sure!! "

"I ordered the grand red velvet cake for my mother's birthday. Apparently they were out of that cake, but they chose not to tell me. I went and picked it up, they told me nothing, I got in my car to check and discovered I had some sort of confetti cake. The employees left the store and I got out to tell them that my order was wrong, they told me they ran out of the cake I ordered. So instead of canceling my order or telling me at the counter, they chose to not say anything and let me waste $50 on a cake I didn't even order. They told me I could call tomorrow and get a refund, I just contacted DD support to get one. I've had grit bowls and breakfast sandwich delivered from places farther away and not using a thermal bag and they were creamy and hot. Perhaps it was just a tough morning in the kitchen today.
