The ramen and the small dishes are yummy, and it's the only restaurant I've found that does Pork Katsudon.
The rest only do chicken, when pork IS the traditional choice.

I got the "fried rice with some meat from the Chinese place" vibe. I travel and stay at lots of places in the southern part of the US, and I've had lots of hibachi orders.
