The only complaints I have is the base of the bowls are painfully cold for some reason and someone has messed up my order a few times. One time they didn't remove something I asked to have removed and the next time they left out 3 added ingredients in one bowl and Nutella was missing from the Nutella bowl. Overall though this place is unique and the food is great. I've found myself ordering nearly every day lately! "
