"I'll start off with positives: The Avgolemeno is absolutely delicious, flavorful, and perfect. The Galaktobouriko is absolutely delicious, creamy, and perfect - much larger than I expected which was a welcome surprise! ....The loaded Gyro Sandwich has a full side of fries, which is amazing even tho it has no seasoning, but I get it - some people can't have sodium. I have at home - not a deal breaker. The gyro Gyro Sandwich is okay - wrapped well and portioned great but not very flavorful which is disappointing - it needs the tzaziki sauce.... And the Small Salad is a great size. However, the grilled chicken add on looks like I only got one skewer, not two as shown on Instagram. And for the price, it's not enough chicken. Also, a single lone kalamata olive is pretty ridiculous. There's no grape leaves with rice inside. Extra olives being $3 is ridiculous. "I recently had too experiences with Diner Neptune. I visited in person the other day and had a great experience with the food and service. Based on that, I decided to order for delivery. Unfortunately, my delivery order was quite disappointing compared to my in-person visit.
It seemed that the care put into packing the order was lacking. Here are some specific issues I encountered:
