Can someone please explain how that happens lol. Because I hadn't touched my food yet. So overall the food was fresh. The wings were kinda gummy but big. I don't think I'm going to order from here again, but maybe others will have luck at an earlier time of day."

The chicken was wrapped up in foil so it was still pretty warm and there was juice in the foil also so it definitely grilled just right, not dried out! The lettuce was nice and fresh, not wilted because of the chicken be wrapped separately.
