I only ate one bite & threw it out. The fruit Fresh Fruit had 1 small piece of underripe strawberry, a few blueberries, and mostly grapes, which are again, not great for diabetics. A few us one thing, but a cup full is too much. I can buy a lot of grapes for $4.49.
