"The West Main St Hendersonville Taco Bell has been great in the past. Portions were big, tacos and burritos were made with obvious care, with a lot of ingredients. However, for the second time, this order was not edible. The tacos were half filled and the shells were disintegrated (literally). They were so soggy they fell completely apart. The burritos were half filled and the taco salads had no visible lettuce and tomato and were half filled. There was more chipotle sauce than beans and meat.
Just a terrible experience that we threw away. Again, this location had some great employees that prepare everything perfectly and I hope they are still there and this won't continue."

This is one heck of a find. First off, the Roma Calzone is not only HUGE, but absolutely delicious. Generous amount of toppings, not super greasy/messy, and they give you plenty of sauce for it. "I've ordered the House-made Veggie Burger a few times. I had it dining in and it was a good experience. It does not stay together well, but is unique and house made. Last time I added mushrooms and avocado and it was okay, but not fresh. It was a busy night, so I left it at that. Tonight I ordered the same, but the mushrooms came on the side and I was given guacamole instead of avocado. I asked about them being on the side and they said it is always packaged that way. When I got home to assemble the burger the mushrooms were cold like they were taken out of the fridge and put in the bag. The guacamole had onions and tomatoes in it which I cannot eat. Fridge temperature mushrooms were not exactly what I was going for on a burger. Also ordered (and paid for) ranch, and had to go back in the store to ask for it. I'd say give them a shot in house, but ordering to-go has not been worth the money spent."

The food is delicious (except for the chips, they are stale) but dont let the photos on their DoorDash page make you think it's a fullsize Styrofoam boxs. That is the reason for my review. They are the small side order or piece of dessert size boxes. I put my hand in the $4.99 rice and beans box photo for reference. In the $18.50 chicken fajita box my hand is for reference showing it's not much more than a handful and the small box with a pinch of lettuce a tablespoon of sourcream and maybe half a cup of rice and beans was included. The tiny salsa cup is enough for maybe two chips and the 6.00 cheese dip is literally only 3/4 cup. I am very disappointed in the portions for my Doordash order because I have eaten at the store many times and the portions were fine.
