There was a reason I chose delivery, and I paid a lot more to have my order delivered for the convenience if it, so driving there for the gravy that they forgot would have made my door dash order completely useless. Why would I pay delivery fees and all extra charges just to have to go there myself?? I explained my situation to the employee on the phone and she said there was nothing she could do. To top it off, the steak itself was so gristly that most of it was inedible anyway.
