After having a good chat about sourdough and pizza base fermentations with one chef, he realised Id been waiting awhile and noticed the mistake. about 7 chefs apologised as we left with our pizzas. Serving size is really generous, about 10 or so rings of calamari and two handfuls of chips that are seasoned with a herby salt . My only minor complaints are the chips were a little bit too salty this time around and I like really salty chips and the portion of sauce was a little too small for the meal size, but that could easily be fixed with asking for an extra sauce portion.
