"I ordered a l 10 Piece McNuggets Meal while I was at work. I was craving for their Spicy Buffalo mixed with Creamy Ranch Sauce that I usually use for my nuggets. To my disappointment I only received Creamy Ranch Sauce, which isn't terrible by itself but would be 100 times better with the Spicy Buffalo sauce I paid an extra 25¢ for. I wouldn't care that much if it happened once, but I've worked at McDonalds before and it's very easy, simple, and a toddler could put the sauces in the bag. I understand that they may be out of the Spicy Buffalo, and would substitute with another sauce, but I only received 2 of the 4 sauces ordered, which were Creamy Ranch Sauce. As a former McDonalds employee I understand the work ethic a lot of the employees may have while working there. As well as the low wages and horrible customers. "We ordered four combos. All the 10 wing and fries special. They charged $15 for their "regular" wings and an extra $4.75 for "jumbo" wings which are actually regular size wings. As far as their regular wings.... I don't know if I ate a baby chicken or where those mini wings came from. No I would not order again and for the price we paid. Then sauce was not on one order of wings but only on the side which happened to spill out."

"I normally love BWW. But, despite all customizations on my order being set to default (i.e. medium buffalo sauce and ranch on the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap), there was ... NO SAUCE (??) on my wrap. None at all. Zero. It was literally just a dry tortilla with (unsauced) breaded chicken, cheese, and a few tomato cubes in it. And I paid extra for a side of potato wedges, and they barely tossed a fistful of them into this huge container. Thankfully they did include the extra dipping sauce that I also paid extra for (the Southwestern Ranch ), which I appreciated. But, please, staff, pay attention to your orders next time."
