"This used to be one of my favorite chicken sandwiches, but unfortunately sometime this year they changed everything about it. The chicken seems lower quality and without the crunch it used to have, like eating a fast food sandwich; the slaw doesn't have any of the usual peppers or other additions it used to have and is much more minimal, the buns are a single, small fold-over seedless bun instead of the seeded bun that used to be used, and it overall tastes worse and makes you feel worse after eating it. It doesn't taste as fresh as it used to, and is significantly less food as well. It is not worth the price.
I've ordered it twice this year just to be sure it wasn't an off day, and it was the same both times. Very saddening overall, as it used to be amazing, and is now less than mediocre. I will not be ordering it again unless something changes or they make it differently for in-person orders."

"I got the Small Poke Bowl (2 Scoops) with salmon and scallops. usually the poke places I go to have them cooked, these were not, but honestly I think I prefer them raw over cooked. the bowl tasted delicious and the sauces were equally lovely (I got the ponzu and the other sauce that was sweet & spicey). The cucumbers this place uses is a lot better than those that most poke places use (I believe these were the minature cucumbers that are usually used in a lot of japanese and korean dishes as opposed to the regular sized cucumbers). I didn't expect the chicken to be spicy but it wasn't too bad. I'm a spice lightweight. I also didn't expect the tomatoes to be cooked because I don't like cooked tomatoes but I just ate around them. Cucumbers were nice and crisp. I'm sure the sesame seeds were there but couldn't really detect them. The teriyaki ginger sauce was delicious and not overly vinegary.
