The Tuscan risotto was very disappointing—it was overcooked to the point of being mushy, heavily leaning on tomato paste, and lacked depth of flavor. It came across quite bland overall, which was surprising for a dish that should be rich and balanced.
The pappardelle bolognese also missed the mark. The sauce had a strong gamey flavor that overpowered the dish, and it was noticeably greasy, which made it difficult to enjoy.
I always try to give some grace with delivery, but these felt more like execution issues than travel-related. We really wanted to love it, but this just wasn’t the experience we were hoping for."

on the Chicken Alfredo it seems like a large portion but thats because its mostly noodle. chicken was okay but dry. and not really enough sauce or over all flavor. comes with 2 breadsticks which i didnt realize. ts okay but I would not say I would order here regularly, more a now and then.
I also dont think breadsticks should be 10 dollars, I regret getting that. it comes with a very small portion of marinara. Bread Sticks (8) definitely wish I could refund that.
Tiramisu is also a mild let down, that was a really small portion. I expected more than given all reviews I had read said food portion sizes were good. I think this is ordered too as theres ice crystals on the inside and it was frozen in the middle.
I feel I might actually just make this at home next time cheaper and have overall better experience tbh.

"I ordered the Deep Dish Ultimate Pepperoni pizza and received a clearly burned pizza — crust and all. There’s no way this wasn’t noticed before it was sent out.
When I called, I was told they were closing and that I’d have to reorder through DoorDash, even though the issue was on their end. I was given a credit, but that didn’t help in the moment since I still had to spend more money to eat.
Customer service was disappointing. I was told I may have ordered it “crispy” (which I didn’t), and when I asked for a manager, I was told one wasn’t available.
For a $30 order, this experience didn’t match the hype at all. I wouldn’t recommend."

"The Carbonara arrived exactly as it looks in the picture (10-15 minute delivery time). Egg yolk hadn't set or cooked, so after moving the chicken and a quick stir, the creamy rich sauce was complete! Lots of meaty bits and the peas are a yummy fresh pop. I could've used more black pepper and some fresh parsley, but that's entirely my personal preference. Very good!
Garlic Styx were warm and smelled powerfully of garlic the moment received. Unfortunately I have problems digesting raw garlic, so fellow vampires beware, might need to nix the garlic from the Styx. Otherwise they were good, warm and fluffy.
The Carrot cake is rich and very moist, chock full of nuts, and honestly remindsme of my grandma's carrot cake, which was a carrot cake/hummingbird cake hybrid with lots of fruits in it. Caveat emptor: there are raisins! I love raisins in carrot cake but not everyone does. They're lovely in it. Super yum!
