Premium Dosirak very flavorful, tasty, fresh, great quality, and worth every penny. Chicken is not dry at all; typically when you order boneless, they tend to be on the drier side but this place did it perfectly with great portion. Would have been nice to have a bit more side kimchee.
Kimbab Dosirak very delicious sides & very unique kimbap taste, but it was really good. The side teokbokki was also very good, tasted very similar to what I had growing up in Korea.
personally, it was a bit salty foe me but it should be just right for many.

"Okay so I have been dying to try raw marinated crab since I watched my first mukbang. This did NOT disappoint. It wasn't as spicy as I was expecting. I did pull a cluster out in the pic so you can actually see the sizing. They weren't too big which is the reason I docked a star. I will say that I was also kinda disappointed that there wasn't any roe or fat. The flavor was actually kinda sweet and creamy. The food was not greasy, even if you can tell there was some oil on the protein. The portions were perfect for one and a half people. Freshness was 10/10.
There's something about this place that felt like the food was "clean" and the dressing was yummy. I got the garlic something(?) It was creamy, and it wasn't extremely thick or thin. It was just right.
The only thing I'm sad about is I got the three-protein order, and they only gave me one sauce. They didn't give me the pesto, which I requested for two of them, so my order only came with one sauce. I know people make mistakes, or maybe they misunderstood my request because I said "sauce on the side".
