"I got the ramen with tonkotsu broth. I also added cilantro, corn, and carrots. This is my first ramen experience and my first time eating at this restaurant, and it certainly did not disappoint. Yellow Curry is creamy and flavorful. If you want to add spice, you can get Joy of Thais $1 hot sauce at the counter or add a little sriracha sauce. Golden Mango Roll was tasty. Although the tempura coating was mushy by the time it arrived and the rice was slightly under done and not sticky enough. For $17.95 (added masago) I expected better quality.
Tonkatsu Ramen was adequate. The broth was quite salty, not a fan. The chashu was both dry and yet chewy. The seasoned eggs were absolutely perfect. The container they used for transport is small, I couldn't pour all of the broth in at once and the noodles were very struck together making it difficult to eat.
Overall not bad in a pinch but I'll keep looking for better."
