This is my first time ordering from Amazing Thai, so take my review with a grain of salt. let me start with the (S) Tom Kha , LOADED with flavor, maybe a touch on the sweet side for my liking, missing some additional
'ad ins' I'm accustomed to. with that said they do not skimp on the protein (I do wish they offered tofu), but overall a lovely soup.
For the Panang Curry, GOOD But, I want to say I think my order got rushed and the liquid was not reduced, it was quite thin, lacking a little in flavor- so I strained off The liquid and gave it a slow simmer until It reduced, and BAM 🧨 YUMMY !
