It was basically just cheese(and a lack of it) and arugula so also not worth 12.50. "I ordered the 2 mocha mocha's on "free shot Friday" at the Eastern Biggby. I am a daily consumer between three other Biggbi locations two of them being privately owned. In the Kent county district. I'm disappointed in my experience enough to waste my time on something such as a negative review. However this location seems to be slacking. With how new this location is you would think it should be the opposite. They are not as consumer driven as others in the area. As I mentioned I ordered 2 Mocha Mocha w extra shots in both. Neither one had an extra shot, this is always my go to so I definitely can tell with or without the extra shot. The drink itself was extremely sweet in fact both were much to sweet. My 24oz being 75% full upon arrival was also disappointing. The coldness of the drinks may be appropriate given the snow storm however this experience kind of bummed me out when I had high hopes for this location. "
