Beef Rib Pho I will say the portion was fantastic in regards to the noodles some of the veggies, which were very fresh and the broth. In terms of the beef for itself, it wasn't as tender fall off the bone as I was hoping for it was a little tough, but I'm not sure if it was because it was towards the end of the evening as it did also look like an end cut as well which I know are sometimes less juicy let alone later in the evening.
