For the last three times, I’ve noticed:
Lack of care in food preparation
Missing key ingredients (last time, there was no half coconut included)
Smaller portion size — I was given a small bowl instead of the usual large one
This is unacceptable, especially considering the $26 price per bowl. For that amount, I can get a high-quality meal elsewhere for nearly half the price. I chose to continue with your store out of loyalty, but it feels like that trust has been taken for granted."

Chipotle was having a special, getting a free item if you spent a certain amount. We ordered a Chipotle honey chicken Burrito, one beef barbacoa Burrito, and a chicken Burrito Bowl. All three orders were made wrong. The burritos were half the normal size. The Chipotle honey chicken burrito didn't even have the chicken on it. The chicken on the bowl was overcooked, close to burned. I was rather speechless, for none of us were able to finish our meals. "There was hardly any meat in the bowl and what meat was there was all fatty pieces of brisket. Also there was no mild fresh salsa added, which was a requested topping, all i had was rice, cheese and sour cream. The tortilla chips were crumbs that was extremely oily and some was wet. Oil stained the bottom of the bag and left a stain on my sheet. Horrible!!!!!!"

"Thai chicken wrap and chicken Cobb wrap were delicious and filling. Potatoes salad was good; I just don't like onions so I picked those out, broccoli salad was good but didn't like the raisins so I picked those out too. The brownie was definitely worth the try and I really enjoyed it considering I'm very picking about brownies. It wasn't too dense and getting stuck at the roof of my mouth like other others. It was a nice textured balance with a crispy top and the white chocolate chips were a nice addition. Did it change my life, yes :D because I'll be ordering again and ordering more than 1 brownies. "All three of us loved what we got. Build Your Own Brisket Burger was the size a burger should be. Cooked perfectly mid-rare. Both Chicken Gyro Wrap and West Coast Chicken Wrap were fresh and had a lot of flavor. The broccoli was a bit dry but the potato salad tasted homemade. We splurged and got 3 Chocolate Chip Cookies and 3 3 Specialty Cookies, so we could all try one of each. Great cookies! The chocolate chip had a slight crispy edge and it was very satisfying. The specialty was a white chocolate chip that had just a kiss of cinnamon sugar on top. Wonderful meal all around. Will be getting again soon."
