"I could honestly eat this Khao soi every single day; it's that incredibly delicious. The chicken is really flavorful and very tender, making it super easy to pull the meat off and discard the skin and bones. The rolls themselves are wrapped in rice paper, which clings to the cling wrap, Un wrapping them really hard! They just kind of fall apart. I am sure that served in the restaurant they are fine. The pad Thai was presented as a bunch of ingredients all packed together in a box. To enjoy them properly they needed to be mixed, impossible to do in the box because the noodles are all along the bottom, just stuck there. I dumped everything into a salad bowl and was able to mix them a bit. Still, very tasty and I am sure in the restaurant, properly served, it would be fine. The curry was perfect!"
