It was a small portion for the price and contained no jerk chicken (as the description states). We only ate mine because we were super hungry and we paid for it. The queso was literally goop on top (see photo). It was either cold or old. This is our first time ordering from Chixen, and I'm sad to say that I don't recommend--at least not the Jerk Chixen Chili Fries."

The food is always incredible, but this time the customer service truly went above and beyond. I ordered through DoorDash and got the appetizer sampler (which is amazing on its own) plus extra dolmas—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful and kind they were with my order. That extra effort did not go unnoticed and honestly made my night. It’s rare to feel that level of care through a delivery app, and it says a lot about the people behind this place.
