The flavors are outstanding, the peanut sauce is creamy, well balanced and rich. The brown rice has been consistently cooked properly. "This place was unfortunately a major let down and was really expensive for how mediocre it was, but first the good. The Thai Tea with Boba was delicious and the tapioca pearls were high quality and soft, the only downside was they gave me a lid without a straw hole so i had to have a open lid drink which isnt the end of the world just not what ive come to expect. that's unfortunately where the good stops. The Orchid Fried Rice was not very good, chicken was crunchy but a bit bland and tough. the rice was also very bland and the salad on the side contained big chunks of lettuce hearts, the white stuff in the center. The Tiramisu was the big heart breaker, I paid $11 for it and it ended up being a small cup of mousse with very thin layers of cake soaked in esspresso syrup, no lady fingers and the syrup they used left a weird after taste that I've never had with any other tiramisus, it seems like you're more so paying them to put it in a fancy cup then you are for the actual desert."

"My first time trying them, the menu seems a little pricey honestly, and I was very nervous cus my household loves hibachi and finding new spots affordable and with great quality is hard - but these guys were absolutely delicious, food was so fresh I actually ate all my leftovers next day which is usually very hard for me! I got the chicken hibachi meal which comes with massive portion of delicious fried rice, delicious fresh chicken and veggies, and 2 shrimps and miso soup cup and a delicious ginger dressing small salad.

My breakfast burrito was made with real eggs I can count on one hand the amount of times real eggs are used these days from restaurants that aren't exclusively breakfast even the hashbrowns are done with fresh potatoes not that frozen crap that comes in a package. The tortillas were also fresh with a taste that you can actually tell. Very rarely do I write reviews but the fact this restaurant is using these fresh ingredients left me impressed. Take your business here if you just like me are tired of places like chipotle and its low quality food. Hats off to the chefs and those who made the decision to use these ingredients. "This place is just bad. The other locations are pretty good, but this place has gotten worse and worse. We have been here multiple times now, and every single time we go the quality of the food has gone for eh to downright terrible.
Not only is the service just not good, they just have a “I could care less” attitude, they expect you to know exactly what you want and what’s on it, cause if you ask questions you’re wasting their time. I have typically gotten the pepperoni pizza. Now if you look at the photos they use for their pepperoni pizza, it’s loaded with pepperoni. You get 2 1/2- 3 slices of small pepperoni on each slice of pizza. That’s it. The first time I thought maybe just a mistake, but twice? They clearly are skimping out and using false advertisement.
This last time was the final straw for us. I’ll start with the photos I didn’t take. The salad had barely any chicken (that was chopped up to the size of tiny pellets) and was dried like the Sahara dessert, and the lettuce they threw in the chopped off ends. Dirty and giant pieces not even cut up. The pretzels were cold and the cheese that came with it was split, meaning it sat all day in a luck warm container.
I have attached photos of the pizzas we ordered and compared them to what they are supposed to be. (Top photos are what they advertise, bottom is what we received) The Mac and cheese pizza was missing the jalepanos, was not on cornbread crust, and burnt to a crisp so bad, that the pulled pork was extremely dry. And the potato pizza contained no bacon, no shallot sour cream drizzle, and once again, burnt and dry as hell.
This place is an absolute joke. There are so many other pizza places in the town alone, not including the next few towns over. The other brickyards are perfectly fine. If you’re THAT desperate for Brickyard, go to Brunswick, Yarmouth, even Portland. They are far superior. How this place gets such good reviews and constant customers is beyond me. If this was a one time incident, sure, it happens. But this has been consistent for years now. Slowly, but surely getting worse and worse.
Whoever owns this company REALLY needs to see what is going on in Freeport with their quality control. This place is massively overpriced, false advertising, poor quality control, and just really not worth your time or money. Avoid at all cost. "
