When I called, the gentleman I spoke with (I believe the manager) said he had them right there. I told him I couldn’t come pick them up since I don’t drive—and without hesitation, he asked for my address and said he’d bring them himself.
Not even five minutes later, he showed up at my door with fresh, piping hot beignets.
I have never experienced customer service like this before. That level of care and accountability is rare, and it truly meant a lot. Their food is always amazing—definitely a go-to spot for something hearty and satisfying—but this took it to another level.
And the beignets? Absolutely delicious. Honestly better than the ones I’ve had in New Orleans.
