Missing items requested that I paid extra for. When I finally called to express what is happening to the store, they practically told me that I lied. It was horrible customer service. Last time I got it. It was only half way full with a massive chuck of ice and a quarter of a cup of coconut milk on the side. To pay nearly $20 for a cup it's ridiculous. Don’t know how they make the sauce but the flavor is incredible! It's lightly creamy and sweet, the broccoli is perfectly cooked, the shrimp are huge and the walnuts have a wonderful sweetness .Delicious! I had mine with Brown Rice and it was perfect! My husband also loved his Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pineapple. The Wonton Soup is so good, love the veggies in it. Shangri La is definitely a favorite! "
